As a native New Orleanian, I have spent my entire life around great music, art, and of course an eclectic choice of great food. In my youth, I didn’t pay much attention to my diet especially since I was always active in sports. However, the older I got and the more I saw my peers succumbing to poor diets and weight gain, I decided to make a self-conscious effort to change my eating habits and perfect my craft to reach the epitome of physical perfection. This passion has now turned into the way I make a living for my family. As a certified personal trainer, my passion for fitness goes along with my passion for my daughter.
I strive hard to set a great example for her and for each candidate I train. My goal is to help each person I train transition into a comprehensive lifestyle which includes healthy eating, regular exercise, and the ability to make better choices. I will provide the tools needed in reaching health and fitness goals that best fits one’s lifestyle and needs. I specialize in weight loss, endurance and strength training, muscle building and individualized diets. When it comes to health and fitness, it is not always an easy endeavor, but with individualized routines and diet plans, one will develop the confidence needed to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
